I'm Martin Moreno and I've been tattooing for the past 20 years. I put some of my work on this sight so it can help you decide if I'm the artist for you. Not all artists are created equal and to be honest I don't take everybody as a client for that reason. For example, let's say you wanted a full blown color piece. I wouldn't be the artist for you, although I do do some color here and there like the photos you see below. So I hope that helps.
As a licensed tattoo artist, I pride myself on providing a safe and hygienic environment for my clients, and I use only the best quality ink, machines, and materials. You can trust that you'll receive a tattoo that not only looks great, but is also done with your health and safety in mind.
Keep in mind, I wish I could help everybody but there's some situations that I Can't. For example I had a client that wanted me to fix an existing tattoo and I declined it cause of the way it was done and he wanted me to fix it, of course i could of gone over it and try to make some of the shading better but at the end of the session it still would have not look good cause of some of the shading that was supposed to be lighter was darker and to top it off he got upset at me, when I didn't have nothing to do with the tattoo he had gotten.
So in my opinion, if you don't want to have the same problems of having to carry around a bad tattoo, then having to pay more to get it fixed or covered up. Just save your money to get it done right the first time. I understand that tattoos can be costly and we want to look for bargains, heck I like bargains too, but tattoos are not the place to look for a bargain deal, as some people found that out the hard way. I'm not saying it in a mean way cause believe me sometimes I wish I could help, I see the frustration they have.
I never could have imagined that my tattoo was going to come out this nice. I love it!!! thank you so much.

Black And Gray ArtWork AND Portrait
Most of my booking is black and gray art and might do a little color here and there for the tattoo session.
PORTRAITS I do work on mini portraits at a flat rate of $400 palm size which is 4 to 4 ½ inches tall. This includes the facial part and a little bit of the collar. Any full clothing portrait price will be adjusted. Full clothing portrait does take more time. On the reference photo it has to be clear. I won’t accept a low quality portrait photo. Hope you understand. My goal here is to give you my best.

PRICING – if you have your design it will be charged at $85 an hour with minimal changes if it needs it. (fill out the form below and upload your design for an estimated price.)
FOR CUSTOM WORK – This is where you need me to design a unique art piece for you. Then it will be charged at $125 an hour per the session(s).
COVER UPS – might be considered if you are open to artistic freedom and the tattoo is light enough to work with. This will run at 150$ per hour, must understand that not all coverup will be accepted.

BOOKING – Once we determine that we are a good fit for each other, have gone over the design and location of the tattoo, then a deposit will be required. We can go over date(s) and get your appointment set up! please mark your calendars with your appointment information as well!
DEPOSITS – To book an appointment and lock that date we agreed upon, requires a $100 non-refundable deposit whether it be cash/credit. Deposit goes toward the price of the tattoo.
for larger scale tattoos that are going to take more than one day like (full sleeve, full back, etc) requires a deposit for each appointment day. (example two day session tattoo would be a $200 deposit, ect…)
RESCHEDULING/CANCELING – I understand that life happens and rescheduling may be needed. I would reschedule and the deposit still goes toward your tattoo. If rescheduling is needed a second time. A rescheduling fee of 75$ is needed (Does Not Go Towards The Total.) If you are a no call no show your deposit is 100% gone and to book a future appointment will require a double deposit. If that happens Deposit will go toward the price of the tattoo.

CONSULTATIONS – Consultations can be set up over the phone or In person. For bigger projects I prefer in person so I can map out the area.
PAYMENT – Cash is preferred or credit/debit is also accepted. Deposits are done Cash or by filling out the form at the very bottom which will ask you for your card information.
WHAT I WILL NEED FROM YOU
Clear well lit photos of the area you are wanting to get tattooed on. Take as close a shot as you can of the area you want the tattoo. If it's an area that wraps around please send multiple photos along with measurements of the area. (upload pictures in the form below)
-If you already have the design you want, go ahead and send those to me. (upload them in the form below)
For those of you that want a custom design here is the things i will need
send me some related tattoos that you like or are similar to what you were interested in getting done. I will not do the same exact tattoo of any references sent but it will help me get a better understanding of the style and concept you’re going for. (Also upload pictures in the form below)
Your Reference photo
Will help me out a great deal. I work alot with reference photo cause it cuts down the design process and the higher the quality and references the better
-Write a small detailed description of what you had in mind for the tattoo and i will try my best to make your idea come to life! (in the description form below)
Information to keep in mind
- Some projects will require 2 back to back days.
- I dont rush on my work but I don't purposely drag it either as you will see and the clock don't start until I start tattooing. So relax if it's taking awhile for stencil placement.
- Please have respect for this art form. I look forward to pushing the limits and giving you my best.
- I also like to work with good people that understand this kind of art. I hope to see you in the chair soon.
